Starting position: Left leg with knee bent, ready position Directions: Hop sideways and land softly on the opposite foot, bending at hips, knees, and ankles. Hop immediately back to starting foot. Control the landing, maintain balance and stay low. Cadence: Moderate Reps: 10 |
